Dr. Brook has been my PC for 2 years now. So glad I found him. As an older adult, I appreciate he takes the time to listen to me, cares about the whole person I am and not just the issue for visit. Takes lots of blood work and truly helps find out what is behind the issues to help me have healthy life not just put band-aid on and forget about the cause.
Absolutely fantastic he is the best doctor ever. Very smart n super nice !!!!
Dr. Brook has been a true life saver ! He thinks "out of the box" . He listens and he has a positive attitude. He has made me feel like there is hope and given me new options. I truly and highly recommend Dr Brook to anyone who has gotten to the point where they will not get better they will just get worse. Dr Brook just may have some answers for you too. His staff is always kind and caring and professional too!
Unprofessional and rude. Office staff are nasty and the doctors are fully aware and do nothing about it.
Dr brook has to be one of the meanest uncaring doctors I have ever met. His staff is terrible not helpful at all and very rude. He should be ashamed the way he treats people. Don’t go there!!!
Came in with emergency 20 minutes before closing. He wouldn't even bother to come out and see. Had poor receptionist deliver news "Go to hospital" I took Kev home, cleaned out wound and bandaged myself. Had actually visited him before under different ownership. Wasn't impressed first time, even less so second and last time.
I only have seen Dr Brook once, but I have seen other doctors at this office and this has been the worst doctors I have ever experienced in my life. I am not sure if its the staff or the doctors that are causing the issues at this place, maybe its both. Wait times are ridiculous even if you have an appointment. The average wait is about 45 minutes. They often forgot to call patients back when you leave them messages. Do you want your test results? Well good Luck getting them!
