At a time when anxiety was overwhelming my work life, Brook Behavioral Health provided exactly the support I needed. The therapists were attentive and well-trained, creating a space where I could open up safely and learn effective coping strategies. Thanks to them, I’ve regained confidence and control over my daily routine.
The PHP at Brook Behavioral was exactly what I needed. High-level support during the day, but I could still go home at night.
I struggled with alcoholism and depression, and Brook Behavioral Health provided me with individualized addiction treatment. My sessions were planned by the therapists so I could focus on my anxiety and grief, which are key elements of my story. The key difference was that it wasn't a one-size-fits-all situation. Their ability to adapt treatments to each patient’s needs is impressive.
Fairly sure this place is a scam. I made the mistake (being mentally ill and what not) of trying to reach out in desperation for someone to help or somewhere to go. I've found what I need elsewhere (for the moment). But in the past two months, I've had at least five phone calls or text messages come up claiming to be from these people.
