Before Brook, I honestly worried that my brain was “broken” and that I would never get better. The program didn’t magically make life easy, but it gave me the tools, support, and hope to keep practicing healthier ways of thinking and responding. Looking back, I can honestly say it changed my life. I continue to use what I learned every day, and I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the people I met there. Life still happens, but I’m walking through it in a healthy way.
Went there 15 years ago it was a hell hole. Nobody had my needs Everything was a nightmare. I’m pretty sure people were dealing inside and there were fights every single day between clients and the staff instigated.

I was able to stabilize after a major mental health crisis thanks to Brook Behavioral's partial hospitalization program. The organized day program allowed me to receive intensive group therapy and medication reviews without a full-time hospital stay.
This is a wonderful place to get help for any mental health issues. The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable to each persons needs . I would recommend this place to anyone that feels they need help
