I did the outpatient program while juggling work and family. The therapists were proffesional and flexible, not just a one-size-fits-all thing. The coping stuff and checkins actually made a difference.
My experience with my treatment center has gotten a lot better. I now have an awesome counselor that listens because I am so tired of talking about the trauma that I’ve worked on my whole life that happened. Brook Mental Health Treatment helped me really get my anxiety for the first time. My clinican listened, explained things clearly, and taught tools I actually use every day. I feel stronger and more hopeful than i did six months ago.
The PHP at Brook Behavioral was exactly what I needed. High-level support during the day, but I could still go home at night.
