It was a great experience
Great, extremely kind manager (Holly), actually has street parking unlike Dinky, and just a 2 minute walk from a 3 bus stop that takes you right to campus. I don’t leave reviews that often so that’s how you know how much I liked this place.
When I moved in here with three roommates in 2022, this seemed like a cheap, diamond in the rough. Almost two years later, now that I've moved out, I see things differently. I'll preface this review by saying I have never been significantly affected by the negative aspects of living here. I didn't have a car or a bike to worry about being stolen and life on my floor was quiet, if a bit isolated. Still, I take issue with how this building and company is run. No place is perfect but living here is a good price for a new building, decent finishes and amenities. Close to everything but not so close to be disturbed by the chaos of Dinkytown or downtown. I see other reviews about package issues but realize living anywhere can have that problem. If you are looking for a good building where the residents matter more than profits you should check it out.
