I went to this orthodontic office to have my lower permanent retainer replaced. The procedure itself was completed quickly, but unfortunately it became clear that the orthodontist (practice owner) did not perform a basic quality check before sending me home. She never checked to make sure I could floss between my teeth after bonding the retainer.
