RecommendedBronzeville is centrally located in a very good area driving or commute via public transportation. I was educated and well informed when talking with the Vetenarian. However, Front desk and procedure needs Help! It would have been a better welcome upon making my appointment if I was informed abt the protocol re/pandemic. I love Dr.Gill shes so good with my dogs
When a dog we were watching suddenly fell ill, Sophie got him in within hours on a Friday afternoon. She examined him, took X-rays and was very clear about his condition and the course of the treatment. She showed us the X-rays and explained to us exactly what was going on. She also communicated with the dog’s regular vet who wasn’t able to get him in so that they could also weigh in on treatment recommendations (they recommended exactly what Sophie did.) Very friendly and understanding staff. As much noise as my pup kept we both shoulda been put out. But they didn’t mind n proceeded to give my pup his procedure.
I've started bring my georgie here and love it ...staff are great and thorough ....friendly warm and I love the parrot too!🎵🎵🎵😍😍😍😍
