I had an incredible experience with Mia! She was professional, kind hearted and just made my entire experience unforgettable. We looked at reference photos for my blowout and throughout the process she asked how everything felt! While washing she checked if the water pressure, and massage was to my liking! And while blow drying, ensured the pressure wasn’t too aggressive or harsh. She explained all the products she was using and made sure I was informed on how to use them if I decided to purchase them! Mia is the most kind, empathetic, thoughtful, and intentional stylist. The space is warm, welcoming, and gorgeous. This was my first self care experience 4 months post partum and they took the time to analyze my hair follicles after some PP hair loss and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I really needed this love and time for myself after having my baby. Thank you team! ❤️
We had an amazing experience at the Grove! The facials are thorough and relaxing, and the head spa is one of the best treatments I've ever had. My husband, who is not a spay guy, enjoys it so much that its become his annual birthday tradition. Brenda is incredibly sweet and welcoming, and genuinely cares about her clients. She makes every visit feel special. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You won't be disappointed!
Not only does Kenady give/have the best head spa services, but she is also so sweet & bubbly. The atmosphere here is amazing too
