Today will be my family's last day at this place. Took my daughter in as a walk-in to see the doctor this morning, there arw no doctors. The man behind the desk was very rude, most likely because he's Hispanic and I'm black. I jabe tried for years to be humble and neighborhood friendly, but this place has a lot of badly trained people, bad service and unfortunately a few doctors and nurses that should be working somewhere else because they are to good for this place. Once again, I had a great experience at BronxCare Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Health Center! The entire dental team and administrative staff were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and respected. I really appreciated the staff’s understanding and flexibility when I arrived slightly past the 15-minute grace period, they still took the time to accommodate me without hesitation.
