I had the worst experience today my appointment was for 11:15am I got there on time wrote my name i kept seeing people that arrived after me being seen after multiple times I went to the desk asking when I am going to be seen I kept being told I'm next at 2:25pm I got up and left and still was not seen mind you I have been going to this place for a decade if it's the last eye place in NY I would never go back waste my damn time and Uber fare.
