⭐ ZERO STARS IF GOOGLE ALLOWED IT I ordered and paid for a pair of prescription glasses on August 24, 2026. I was specifically told they would be ready within 7–10 business days. I finally received my glasses on September 17, 2026 — more than three weeks after I placed the order. Leo was amazing and patient with me and my questions.
Went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The exam itself was fine, but I found out after it was done that they don't accept my insurance at all, something they should have verified and told me before I came in. Would have gone elsewhere if I'd known upfront. On top of that, getting clear answers about the contact lens fitting process and costs took more effort than it should have. Just wish there'd been more transparency before booking.
