Worse experience of my life. I called over a month to speak to a manager or supervisor nothing just promises of calls back and no one called I need a new place asap

Highly Unprofessional. They had me today for a 2:00 pm appointment but then goes on to have me wait over an hour and a half, I come back at 3:45 pm, and they talking about there’s still 3 people ahead of me. Why have appointments then? Just switch to complete walk ins because you are wasting ppl’s time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPOT. NO PARKING EITHER. The West Side of the Bronx always gave me bad vibes…
The worst possible place to do anything but waste your time and day if you have any other option Id advise you to use it and do not waste your time with this place..very unprofessional, poor communication and by far the worst place to seek medical attention.schedule appointment 12 to be seen at 1 is ridiculous to me and very unprofessional do not go there
Muy mala atención no sabe coordinar la cita tiene una cita a las 11 de la mañana pasa dos hora y media y todavía no te entiende yo no vuelvo a un sitio con tan mala atención y tan poca coordinación con sus paciente
