Do not use this company. They quoted me a price of $550 for kitchen faucet replacement. Then before showing up, I was told the price was now $635. Then upon speaking to the owner the price went up to $650, making it seem like my fault that they’re not going to make any money. If you want to be bamboozled, nickeled and dimed for overpriced services where the owner doesn’t care, this is the company for you to hire!

Our kitchen sink was draining slowly, so Bronx Plumbing came in for hydro jetting. It worked wonders! The drain flows quickly now without any backups.

Honestly, they sent two kids who didn't know what they were doing. They were not familiar with pre-war building faucets and plumbing. They started to take apart our faucets and then admitted to my husband that they had never seen the type of faucets and plumbing we had (which they should have told us before starting the project) and then they couldn't put things back together and left us in a worse sutuation then when they started. They helped us with a water filtration system installation and everything was done with care. The tech made sure we understood how it works too. Great service.

The whole sewer line needed replacing, which we were dreading. But Bronx Plumbing took care of the sewer line replacement without tearing up our whole yard. Smooth process and great communication.
