Staff are rude no help at all
I brought my car in for a recall and picked up my car with a completely flat tire. They called me notifying me about the flat tire but I didn’t have a flat when I left my car with them. This wasn’t a slow leak. I tried to put air in my tire so that I can take it to a local tire shop, but the tire didn’t want to inflate. They wanted to charge me $357 for a replacement. Under new management getting oil change customer service was great..
Slow, workers texting on the phone while you stand waiting, supervisors slow to respond, staff at Seriga didn't know that when you have tires and reams insurance cars are taken there, poor communication...never again.
