Slow, workers texting on the phone while you stand waiting, supervisors slow to respond, staff at Seriga didn't know that when you have tires and reams insurance cars are taken there, poor communication...never again.
Went for an oil change, they took my filter out to send me a photo of it … telling me it needs changing. Told them no, just do the oil change. Went back home the next day realized my AC started doing a terrible noise. Prior to that my ac was working perfectly fine. You go in for one thing and come out of there with something else.
