Sharif is a knowledgable inspector of various property types! He can easily find issues/diagnose problems with heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, etc.and will give you the best and honest reports of the property!
Sharif was AMAZING! It was not simply an inspection, but he took the time to educate me on how to take care of my beautiful, but very old, house: what to look for to assess problems in the walls, the foundation and the supporting beams, what needs to be fixed and when, how things should be repaired, and so on. I learned so much and am so grateful for his help.
Sharif did an amazing Job!!! He is very polite abd responsible guy. He took his time around the property and paid good attention to detail. He provided me with an extensive report on his evaluation of the property with pictures and comments.
