If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an appointment for the psychologist, I show up and no one told me that the Dr wasn’t even there and that she would do the appointment over the phone. Then, I spend all day waiting for a call from said Dr and I never got one. It’s clear these people are just there to clock in and collect a check but no actual work gets done.
Incredibly disorganized. They call you every day to make an appointment and keep calling every day even after you’ve made one. Front desk is incredibly rude and no one has any clue what is going on. After hounding me for weeks about an appointment I’d already made, when I showed up they told me they couldn’t see me because the doctor on my insurance card didn’t match their doctor—despite the fact that I’ve been seen here already multiple times. Don’t waste your time with these people.
