Watch this place, I got scammed the glasses I got are not the glasses I picked . Make sure you take a picture of the glasses you pick because they will give you something else so please beware
Very grateful for the staff and doctor at the Bartow office. I had changes in my eye and while I was unable to get an appointment with my regular optomologist, I was able to walk-in, thanks to Santa , and was seen immediately by Dr Sheth. She diagnosed what my problem was and made an appointment for me to get immediate attention for an eye procedure. Thanks for all you did for me.
Maribel is absolutely excellent! She took her time in helping me choose my glasses. She is respectful and professional and fun to talk to. I always have a wonderful time coming here. The staff is so nice and respectful and they try to work with you!
Went to the store in Bartow ave. mall at 9:00am, Maribel told me the person that adjust my grandson's frame, that I already purchased a week ago comes in at 10:00am, I told her I was trying to be the rain. I spent time in the mall until 9:44am, though I'd go back and wait, it turned out the person was there, Maribel, said are the frames falling off his face? And she started fidgeting with the frames.
