The receptionists were very kind and accommodating, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the ultrasound technician. I found Darrel to be incredibly rude during the ultrasound. He seemed to have a lack of knowledge and empathy, and I found his behaviour to be very unprofessional. My experience was unfortunately tainted by the tech that I had, but overall everyone else was very pleasant.
The technician performing the vascular ultrasound after being told about my physical problems and painful areas pressed way too hard! I was shaking when leaving and pain continued for hours. I would not return there.
Very professional and made me feel comfortable during the exam.
