Sent an email in mychart. They have read it but I haven’t heard a response been 4 days. called and left a message still no response.
Can’t get in for 4 months and I’m having trouble with my machine. Probably needs a pressure change is all. I had to cancel due to a funeral of a family member at the same time as my appointment and now I can’t get in for four more months! Seems crazy. Not sure what’s up with that?????
Not quite sure what is up with this place. Have tried to setup an at home study for over 4 months, kept getting told they dont have information, offered to go in person for what they lack, was denied, tried working between this office and the office that put in the referral and went around and around for months. Cant imagine its this hard to get a study done. Will try somewhere else.
