I waited months to get my initial appointment, but I was assured that if I ever got sick, you would be able to get me in sooner. That was the reason the initial appointment was scheduled so far out. Since then, I’ve had an issue with birth control and the earliest available appointment was again months away. Most recently, I called in with COVID, needing medication, and was only offered an appointment 45 minutes away. I do not recommend this place at all. They are way under staffed! It always takes forever to get through to someone when you call and you have to wait a long time to get an appointment. If you have 8-10 months to wait to get an appointment then this is the place for you.....lol. I can get into MAYO in 6 weeks or less. Just for reference it is August 15, 2025 now, next available appointment was April 21, 2026!! I kid you not!
I got an appointment yesterday from Triage Nurse, because I needed to be seen right away.I am so glad they got me an appointment here, I am from Kalamazoo but coming out here was the best plan. I came in today because I’ve been experiencing abnormal bleeding for over a month, and unfortunately, my OB wasn’t able to get mein. Good luck! Bronson uses MyChart which is 100% useless to the patient as they cannot schedule anything on line even though the system requests it. The phone system is worse, nobody to answer calls which cut off with a "Thank You" after you are on hold for 3 iterations. The individual people are fine but the system is a joke. Will look for a PCP at Borgess.
Been a Bronson patient for 40+ years. I love the convenience of having my doc right around the corner but, getting in to actually see anyone is a challenge. I do NOT blame this on the doctors but on the insane demands on their time that the practice owner (Bronson) puts on them. Case-in-point: my NP is retiring. I can’t get in to see my new provider until November (5 months)…..but she’s still accepting new patients! If she’s so busy she can’t see me for 5 months, she already has too many patients.
