I waited over two months for a new patient visit. I brought my medications to my appointment—like you should. The Medical Assistant was wonderful: very personable and patient as we went through my extensive med list; she helped me with compiling a list of meds that needed to be refilled/renewed. When Dr. Mindoc came into the room he was very friendly. The reason I’m giving two stars is because of what followed. Messages are never responded to within 48 hours, as it says is their policy. Very hard to ever get in for an appointment in a timely manner as well.
We love this location and all of the providers we have seen in this office! The front desk staff is very kind as well.
Its a shame that one cannot see their regular physician when in need! One who has a medical history that nesseitates a foundation for A SET Dr., A Dr. that knows the patients file and history, but whom cannot find the time for their patient When its urgent but not yet an emergency?
