Useless screw-ups. Get care somewhere else. Bronson has run out my insurance and now the supposed “doctors” at this specific site need me to pay a huge copay to get a sleep prescription which I already talked to them about in an office visit but now the useless doctor needs to see me AGAIN to do the prescription. That is the general function and behavior I have seen from this group and Bronson as a whole. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with healthcare in the US: Bronson - A teachable moment in what NOT to do.
I started to come to Bronson because my primary transferred to Bronson from Borgess. All together I was with him for 12 years maybe longer but most my time was with him in this office with Bronson. He's not with Bronson any more but when I met him I was obese, had kidney disease stage 3b, my cholesterol and sugar levels were high, I was also pre-diabetic which other doctors I've seen before at Borgess didn't seem to think to tell me for years till I met well call Him Mr. C. With my appointments they’ve always been quick and easy with online scheduling and helpful adding things I may have meant to add. Friendly staff and a decent location.
