Fast, friendly, and patient
Very rude, did not want to help at all when provider sent prescription to wrong pharmacy.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy all my life. I recently been having issues every month treated as if I don’t know the price or the process of the medications on my insurances that I get each month that comes out of my pocket! I have to advocate & mentally prepare myself each time. I have tried to make the process easier for myself by telling them to put in notes to help the processes go smoothly & they didn’t do it the first time.
