I feel as though customer service has gone downhill in the past few months. Every time I speak with someone in the pharmacy, from drop off to pick up to calling and the gift shop cashiers, I always get a condescending response. I asked if one of my meds was able to be refilled with multiple refills available (as per the bottle) and they acted like I didn’t even have that prescription. I’ve been going here for years but will be switching.

Always friendly, prompt, and professional whenever I get my prescriptions filled. Reasonably priced also.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy all my life. I recently been having issues every month treated as if I don’t know the price or the process of the medications on my insurances that I get each month that comes out of my pocket! I have to advocate & mentally prepare myself each time. I have tried to make the process easier for myself by telling them to put in notes to help the processes go smoothly & they didn’t do it the first time.
