I moved to Battle Creek and was trying to transfer my records from the Kalamazoo Cancer Center to the Battle Creek Cancer Center, and I finally got a call back 3 weeks later. They had to leave a message on my voicemail because I was busy. I wish I could have been able to answer that, because little did I know about the grief and misery that was in store for me. I couldn't recommend this place less. Let's start with trying to get an appointment, when you call here you have to go through an overly long automatic answering machine, after two minutes when you finally get a person they will have no idea what to do and will transfer you to someone else, that other person will not pick-up and you will have to leave a voice-mail. If you ever manage to get an appointment they will send you 20 reminders then when you show up they act like they have no idea you had an appointment. Now the wai... read more
