Even though my English isn’t perfect, everyone—from the front desk staff to the doctor—was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated how much they cared about my health. I’d definitely come back again if I have the chance.
I just recently had my baby and was going to Bronson Obgyn in Battle Creek throughout the pregnancy. They have been absolutely wonderful. Nurse-midwife Keri Kordie is FANTASTIC. She takes her time addressing any and all concerns, prepares you very well for everything. She is just brilliant and made our experience wonderful. This has been the worst pregnancy experience of my life. I've been tossed from one battle creek location to them wanting to send me to marshal and back the battle creek but at the hospital and now an ultrasound all the way in kalamazoo when I already live an hour away from all these locations. I hate that all the birthing centers shut down near me. I knew who my ob was, I still dont even really know who my ob is im tossed from one person to the next. I saw dr brendan collins for care in this office. Iv never felt more unheard in my life. I felt like he dismissed concerns my primary care and Pelvic floor PT specifically requested I see a specialist for consult for. I THEN wanted to discuss sterilization due to not wanting to be on birth control at my age...im a registered nurse so i decided to review the notes after my visit....
