I saw dr brendan collins for care in this office. Iv never felt more unheard in my life. I felt like he dismissed concerns my primary care and Pelvic floor PT specifically requested I see a specialist for consult for. I THEN wanted to discuss sterilization due to not wanting to be on birth control at my age...im a registered nurse so i decided to review the notes after my visit.... The upfront ladies have always been nice respectful and helpful I’ve been going to dr Collin’s for years and I believe he is an awesome doctor who actually cares!!!
This will be my last time going to this place because i went here because i have a bacterial infection and they put me on a med that doesnt even work on me and im allergic to it and they wont put me on anything else for it and they say its just mucus and i know it aint and these people dont even chart whats wrong with you in mychart this is the last time i go here for any help!
