Dr. Umhoefer is incredible. I’ve been seeing her for a little over a year and she is very responsive, kind, and upfront about any treatment provided or questions that I have.
One of the worse hospitals in BC to go to… EVERYTHING SUCKS.. staff, service not a care facility at all!!
Nurse practitioners are nice. But if you are off and need anything for your work do not expect this office to help unless you call a lot. Also if you need them to provide any information so that you get some disability pay you are out of luck. Two weeks pay lost for me.
Excellent clean building. I recommend dr. Steven ames. He very professional and definitely cares about his patient.
