I absolutely love this place! The staff are nice as well! I really appreciate Sam though! She is so nice! And really cares about her patients! And it makes me feel comfortable and important! I truly am being honest, I know go to Bronson Lab in Three Rivers to see Sam when I need to get my labs done. She does not hurt you or make you feel any pain! She is lovely! I really enjoy Sam! & she is speedy in a good way! 😁

Upon entering the building there was a wheelchair in front of the Handicap door entry button which I tripped over trying to use the button. When my husband let the receptionist know she said there was no where else to put the wheelchair. I use a walker and need to use that button for entry. Bronson, why are you not following ADA Federal laws??

So far have had my labs and imaging done here. In and out very quick and friendly/helpful staff.

Im usually the person who ends up with collapsed veins, multiple trys, and horrible anxiety when it comes to having my blood drawn. Sam and Stephanie were absolutely fantastic! Sam made sure to use a smaller needle, took everything I said to heart and really helped me through the process all while managing to do one singular needle poke. She was the first person I had draw blood who did not collapse a vein. Stephanie was also great at distracting me from what was happening and coping with my anxiety.
