I gave this lab chance after chance, but after today, we will not be returning. The first time I brought my son in, I had a standing order for his blood work. The second time, we were told there was no order in the system. I assumed maybe I had misunderstood, so I contacted his doctor and asked for another standing order. His doctor also confirmed that the original order had, in fact, been a standing order.
