Great service - very friendly and helpful staff
The people here are rude and incompetent. Jemellee Jacala Tadian is a joke of a doctor. Office will bill you incorrectly and then attempt to blame you for it. Avoid at all costs.
Saw Dr. Fitzgerald for a physical as a new patient. His mannerisms and knowledge were valuable and the appointment went well. I was billed for the Evaluation and Management of a pre-existing condition, in addition to the physical, after discussing my medical history with him which I was asked for. Insurance did not cover this cost. I'll miss Debra Klinger, but her secretaries and staff running the phones are probably the worst people I've ever had to deal with. Completely unwilling to do their jobs, completely unwilling to listen to anything I'm telling them, and completely unwilling to help. I will now be without my medication for a week, because your office refused to transfer my prescription to my new insurance, and new primary care provider.
