I had so many good experiences with this location in the past. Since the nurse practitioner I was seeing left, it has been downhill. I wasted over $600 (ultrasound and ENT) because a Bronson Rheumatologist (Dr. Jennifer Knip) mistook my carotid artery for a swollen lymph node (at least the ENT understood anatomy). The doctor I was seeing here didn't catch her mistake either. I had neck scans and saw an ENT. I let that go. It was a mistake that shouldn't have happened, but not malicious. I had an appointment, with Dr. H. on Nov. 22, 2023. Jennifer McGreger (office manager) sent me a message saying my appointment wasn't an emergency, so they were canceling it. I had a headache, cough, chills, fever,(101 degrees) throwing- up, dry heaves, difficulty breathing, tight chest, lost my sense of smell. Tested positive for covid. My doctor's office didn't care.
I dont know why everyone has to be so rude when it's patient care that should be the focus.
