I am so thankful for the Bronson Door Company! Our one and only spring broke late last night, leaving our only vehicle stuck inside! So we called Bronson Door Co this morning. They were so kind on the phone and were able to send someone out the same day to replace the broken spring! Their professionalism and quick response definitely deserves a shout out and 5 stars! I highly recommend using them for all of your garage door needs!
I’ve had issues with my garage door since I bought my home in 2022 and always assumed I’d need to buy a new door. I contacted Bronson Door in early January and asked for them to take a look at it since more often than not, the door wouldn’t go up. Someone was able to come out within a couple weeks and the day after they came out, it was fixed! I've called Bronson Door Company twice and both times they were able to offer assistance and diagnose the problem over the phone. Today I needed to have a spring replaced. The representative was on time, explained what he was going to do and was finished in no time. I've had nothing buy exceptional customer service and would recommend them.
