Jennifer is nice but her office is very far away from my home, she said she will discontinue her services if I don't go there every month. I takes 3 busses to get there and back. Why can't I go to one at the hospital in Kalamazoo downtown? I'm frustrated and upset.
Some of the nicest people! Everyone was wonderful to talk to. Corey Lager is amazing and shows he really cares about the people he sees.
Jennifer is rude and when I missed a video appointment she said if I missed 3 she would discontinue her service. That's a threat.
