Ordered a new mask and head gear on June 7 through there free shipping option. On June 14 when I did not receive or hear anything I called. The person who answered said she would contact a supervisor. I was promised this 4 times with no response. She finally put me on hold and found me a tracking number. Because I was leaving town I had to pick it up at the post office. It is so much easier to either pick it up or at least get a response.
Sleep machines are way overpriced. 300% over prices on the internet.
