Great Shop I recently took my Subaru in to get some work done. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I felt they were very upfront and honest with me. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was on the road again in no time!
All-around Awesome. I took my Mazda in a while ago to get some emergency work done. Although I was charged a hefty amount of money, Bron's did fixed every issue they found and a few others they encountered; all of this without any additional charge. After all this work, my car was up and running and in much better shape then when I took it in. Unfortunately one of their replacement belts loosened, causing a loud squeaking issue to arise but upon taking the car in, they fixed the problem for free. In my experience, they were ... read more
Expensive but OK We used to come here with our cars for regular maintenance and really liked Bron and the work he did for us on our BMW. Unfortunately, since Ken has taken over the shop the quality of service has gone down and we have been disappointed with the customer service. We took our car in for a tune up and wound up paying about double what it would have been someplace else. The car did run well, but it felt like bait and switch since we were quoted a lower price.
Good shop easy to find Brons automotive is right off blacklake blvd in olympia. Very easy to find . The receptionist is really friendly and the staff there is easy to talk to and work with. They do general automotive work and the price is reasonable !! PROS: great automotive shop , easy to find and friendly service CONS:
