Convenient location to school and everything on Bardstown Road. Maintenance issues were fixed in a timely fashion even if they happened at 3am. A safe and quiet place to live. Good communication and friendly staff.

I rented a house from Bronner for almost 3 years, and they were absolutely great! If we ever needed anything fixed, they were available and attentive. When we were having issues with the windows in the home, they replaced all of them. We never had any problem getting in touch with someone in the office, and if they didn't have an answer for us, they would find the answer and get back to us. When we told them we were moving, they were happy for us, but said that they hated to see us go. I feel like they cared about our family... read more
