We moved into our home about a year ago and have been very happy with both the home and the community. So far, we’ve had no complaints about the home quality. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The clubhouse and swimming pool are great amenities, and the large walking trail is perfect for daily walks and outdoor time. Great New Construction Development. This one has a clubhouse and walking trails. Plainfield is growing with lots of new commerce and businesses!!
I bought my home in this community a year ago and planted a few small trees soon after moving in. Since then, neighbors walking by have often complimented those. Last month HOA contacted me saying anything added requires builder’s approval and alleging my trees were in violation. I reviewed the governing documents and could not find any tree rules, nor any rule prohibiting tree planting.
