Great New Construction Development. This one has a clubhouse and walking trails. Plainfield is growing with lots of new commerce and businesses!!
I bought my home in this community a year ago and planted a few small trees soon after moving in. Since then, neighbors walking by have often complimented those. Last month HOA contacted me saying anything added requires builder’s approval and alleging my trees were in violation. I reviewed the governing documents and could not find any tree rules, nor any rule prohibiting tree planting. By far the Bronkfarm is beautiful community in the Plainfield, IL area comprising both Single Family and Townhomes!! Whoever looking for buying a home will not just go without booking after the home tour!! The Pool and Clubhouse adds more beauty to the community!! Today is my first year anniversary of home buying in Bronkfarm, the quality and services are of top quality!!
