Between my family and I, we have purchased or leased eight vehicles from them. Awesome experience every single time! I definitely recommend.
We have been leasing and buying new & used cars from Brondes Maumee since 2011. 5 new Lincolns, 2 new Fusions, 2 new Escapes, and 1 used Fusion. Our salesperson, Troy Williams, is the only reason we have purchased all of these vehicles. Over the years he has become one of our favorite people and we are blessed to have him & his wife as friends. Tim Ramsey was rude and obnoxious to us. He was on his phone all the time and it was 98 degrees and hot and had no water. Don't recommend him or this dealership.
DO NOT go to Brondes Ford in Maumee for service. I asked them to work with me on a warranty issue and they were not willing to help. A manager wouldn't even talk with me when I had questions. To top it off- they charged me a 3% credit card fee when done on a $2,000 repair bill without letting me know ahead of time. Go somewhere else to service your Ford.
Body shop guys helped me out in a jam. My mom got her phone stuck underneath the seat and couldn’t get it out. We pulled up to ask for help and they helped us out. I will definitely be coming here when I buy my next car. Friendly staff and great customer service.
