The sales team is and was helpful not pushy. Drew was very flexible when we continued to change our mind on what vehicle we wanted to purchase. We are very happy with the attention to detail. We will go back and purchase our next car,truck, suv from Drew and the brondes maumee location.
Brondes is one of the best dealerships in northwest Ohio. We worked with Drew Haslinger to buy a new Explorer. He is honest and great to work with. We’ll work with him in the future to buy more cars. Tyler, the finance manager, was also very helpful. Last, but not least, the entire service team continues to provide incredible customer service.
The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped me to decide on a vehicle that I would be happy with. The staff was supportive during the entire process. Usually I don’t do well with salespeople, however, Riley Cole made the deal mostly painless. She’s a people person.
I can not express how disappointed I am with the situation. We were in the market to Buy a vehicle. Our salesman was great. The problem started when the rest of the team started to get involved. I'm all about supporting local as I am a local business owner myself. We had the issue with the " kid" from finance coming into the deal with the most horrible attitude, he came in and flopped down and asked me what my problem was with the finance.
