I normally never have anything good to say about car dealerships but these guys are great. The salesman Bill N was more than accommodating and got me a great deal despite having not the best credit score. I literally bought the cheapest truck on the lot and they still gave me all the amenities and services of their higher priced vehicles.
The best Ford dealership to buy a vehicle from. Hands down, this isn't even close. I have bought a few vehicles here and the process was straight forward and simple each time.
Between my family and I, we have purchased or leased eight vehicles from them. Awesome experience every single time! I definitely recommend.
We have been leasing and buying new & used cars from Brondes Maumee since 2011. 5 new Lincolns, 2 new Fusions, 2 new Escapes, and 1 used Fusion. Our salesperson, Troy Williams, is the only reason we have purchased all of these vehicles. Tim Ramsey was rude and obnoxious to us. He was on his phone all the time and it was 98 degrees and hot and had no water. Don't recommend him or this dealership.
