I really like Brondell because their products are high-quality and durable. Their products are well-made and built to last. I’ve always been impressed by the quality and durability. Their products have performed really well for me.
For the price, I feel I received good value. The product has worked well for my needs and I would consider purchasing from the company again.
I have a love/hate feeling for Brondell. I love the Cypress water filter but the button always breaks, which I hate. So far I love my Swash bidet, but the installation with a professional from Task Rabbit took 3 hours when Brondell says it should have taken a few minutes, so I hated that. I have never had a good experience with their customer service.
This company promised me a refund and I never received it. They now will not answer my requests for communication and close my tickets without responding. I do not appreciate being stolen from. You’ll also notice you don’t see them respond to any of the bad reviews on this Google listing. Saying nothing says a whole lot.
I bought this expensive Bidet from Brondell few years ago and some of its automated functions have stopped working. When contacted the company they said to buy an open product, sent it for repair ( the cost same as buying a new one) . The main reason I would suggest that no one buy this product is that this expensive product must last for quite a while. It just means the QUALITY IS POOR. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.
