Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I called ready to purchase a trailer the same day. I explained clearly what I was looking for and that I was prepared to go pick it up immediately. Instead of helping, he repeatedly responded with, “Okay, what do you want?” in a dismissive tone, as if I was inconveniencing him. Worse place you can go for help or to buy a trailer ! The boss that wears glasses is really rude and don’t know how to sell and he kicks you out the store.
Don’t recomend this place the older guy is highly unprofessional and very rude
I went in to buy a dump trailer I had cash in my pocket. The owner was a greedy jerk. I told him I wanted to buy it today and he assumed I was financings it. But I told him I wasn’t then he said if your using a credit card he was going to charge me an extra 3.5%. Most businesses will just write of the credit card fee because they are not allowed to charge the credit card fee. My review has been taken down several times.
