Absolutely the worst customer service experience in recorded history. Had my car in service for over 9months and it was "forgotten" in the back lot. Only one person in the building who never lied to me. Grant and Brayden Petersen, HORRIFIC to work with. Condescending, callous, rude, took no responsibility for the issues their lack of attentiveness caused. Enjoyed working with the Staff at Bronco Motors Hyundai West. We worked with Brad Henry to purchase a 2025 Tucson Hybrid Limited. Brad is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all our questions concerning the operation of the Tucson Hybrid. Brad was able to demonstrate and explain all the Tucson’s Smart Features during our test drives. We are enjoying our new Tucson. Thanks Brad!!!

Warning, Warning, warning! Travelers beware!!! I paid extra to have Bumper to bumper 10 year coverage! They tried to tell me I had a $100.00 deductible, a lie! Said the car REQUIRED a oil change to drive to Washington, a lie, oil was changed 5000 miles ago with synthetic oil, they used the wrong oil (not synthetic) ... and HOW IS A OIL CHANGE REQUIRED ... to drive home 600 miles. My daughter and I were just out looking for a new vehicle for her and randomly stopped by the Hyundai dealership. Oscar greeted us at the door and was amazing to work with. He instantly helped us identify the type of vehicle she was searching for and by the next day, she was driving her new vehicle! Everything was honest, easy and stress free.
