I went into this location today and bought a 2014 Ford F-150. As a young female I was quite nervous to go by myself and be taken seriously. Rusty greeted me right when I got onto the property and was with me through the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. Had an appointment to get a part replaced. They take my vehicle all day and call me at the end of the day and tell me they didn't do anything because they don't have the part. Why would you make an appointment to replace a part you know you have to replace. Take my car all day then call me 8 hours later and tell me you sat on your hands all day cause you don't have the part.
Getting my car fixed under warranty at Hyundai has effectively convinced me to never, ever buy a Hyundai again. When I dropped my car off for my appointment to get the paint fixed, I was told they needed it for five days. Fine. Not ideal, but I was willing to make it work because I needed the car fixed. So I spent five days with zero communication from them and had to call myself to figure out what was going on. They then told me they needed it until Wednesday. Annoying, but again, I was flexible.
