The worst car buying experience I think I've ever had. The actual purchasing of my Sonata Hybrid was okay. Sales and was pretty laid back and not pushy which is nice. The part that absolutely sucks is that we currently have no timeline for the return of our vehicle due to battery draining issues. We couldn't start our vehicle 3 separate times and the first time we called, the service advisor basically called us dumb for possibly leaving accessories plugged in, a light on, or something similar. From the time that I arrived at the dealership and even after I purchased the car he was always available and if he didn’t have the answers to the questions I was asking (I ask a lot of questions), he found them out within minutes.
