Always friendly and great service!
Horrible customer service. Informed them before scheduling we would need our vehicle for a road trip, scheduled for a 730 drop off, came in on time (despite my husband's broken leg) were told when we left it, it's gonna be a couple hours... 2pm called & waited for a callback and at 3:53 after not hearing anything called again to check and was told they'd have somebody call us in an hour. We had to have our car today, Ubered back down to see what was going on to which we were told they hadn't even started or looked but they c... read more
Bought a used car here and was helped by Justin. He was very knowledgeable, communicative before and after the sale, and not pressuring at all. He helped me get a good deal and make the process as fast and easy as possible!
DO NOT GET YOUR HYUNDAI SERVICED HERE. You will end up needing more repairs and replacement parts that they STOLE. Filing a police report against them for theft and fraud. Stole out of vehicle and didn’t do work charged for. Also suspicion they tampered with brakes so they needed repair. Brakes checked one place and fine. Go there they need replaced, didn’t do it because I had just had them looked at, next day they are grinding. Fraudulent service and people. Stay Away.
Gabe provided great service as our sales person, Jason helped with financing and explained things very well.
