My food is usually very good. Yesterday my pizza was dry and over cooked. Wasn't happy. Also, sat at the counter for 4.11 minutes before anyone greeted me. There was no, 'Welcome to Bronco Billy's! We'll be with you in just a moment". That would've been acceptable. I ALWAYS start my phone timer to test the customer service greeting as soon as I walk in any establishment. The acceptable time is 0.50 to 1.5 minutes TOPS. I'll still frequent your business. Good food. Time the cooking please.
Whenever I'm in the area I always make the side trip to bronco Billy's for a slice of pizza
Today I had the bacon cheese burger pizza and it blew me away! Good stuff.
Whenever I come home to see my parents we always make a plan to come to Bronco Billy's. The pizza is delicious.
