When I called to verify if they were coming to access my vehicle, which I was told could happen the day before, the first time I called, the lady I spoke to said, she never told the person who accesses vehicles about it, but she would call him. Then I was told he could arrive, but not until the evening. I agreed to this, but then, he never showed up.
