My boyfriend recently moved out of Bromwell Apartments, and Andre and Gabe along with the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. During the move out process, they were flexible with his date and monthly rate, and they provided clear, timely guidance on what to do and what to expect. The maintenance team is so responsive. Whatever the issue Edvin, Ryan and Mo spend time solving the problem. The other day I had an electrical issue and Ryan and Mo were thorough and meticulous in finding the problem. Andre the assistant property manager is always warm and friendly and manages this property beautifully! Thank you to the whole team!
Great apartments and amenities would definitely recommend. The staff are always super helpful. Big shout out to Andre for always helping when anything comes up!
The Bromwell is such a great place to live! The people and everyone that works there make it that much better! Edvin and Mo are top notch. They're excellent with all repairs and are so kind. Ross is very communicative, helpful and friendly and Gabe is a great manager. The concierge team, with Pete, Ben, and Melanie are so welcoming and helpful.
