We have loved living at the Bromwell. Very well maintained property and professional staff. Great amenities and community events. Any issues were corrected promptly by staff. Edvin is a pleasure with all maintenance requests. James and Andre are friendly, professional, and helpful in all interactions. Having the concierge team is such a helpful benefit. The best maintenance hands down. Quick and friendly and zero prolonged issues. Edvin knows his stuff and stays on top of the property better then any maintenance manager. Also Andre is phenomenal with the experience he provides. A manager who goes above and beyond for the property is rare to find.
Bromwell is a well maintained and professional property. The management here is top notch and any time I run into residents here they are all very polite and share their experience in a positive manner. Ross, Edvin, Andre, James and Adrian are all professional and great to work with. I can talk to anyone of the staff here and any issues that arise are quickly and easily fixed in a swift manner.
