My experience at The Bromwell has been nothing short of exceptional. The maintenance team, Mo and Edvin, have taken care of any issues that have arisen in a timely and organized manner. The property managers, Andre and Gabriel, were helpful and kind throughout the leasing process. It is very clear that the Bromwell team cares about the community here!
The Bromwell is awesome! I’ve been consistently impressed with how fantastic my apartment is and how great the location is. The amenities are great as well. Best place by far I've rented. No complaints at all. Spacious, great amenities, even better staff, creative community dynamics and events, and great neighbors, not to mention the big windows. I've lived in many different countries and states before and no landlord/building has ever come close to this level of service. Special shout out to Peter, Andre, Ross and Edvin. I’ve lived at Bromwell for three years and the staff is amazing and the building is so modern. The maintenance staff of Edvin and Mo are so helpful. Andre, the assistant property manager, is so friendly and welcoming. Ross, Lisa, and Pete are the best concierge staff and respond to calls and texts so quickly. I really enjoy living here!
We absolutely love the Bromwell! Our team has done a few events there and has had nothing but positive experiences with all of the residents and the staff. Andre is wonderful and helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to partnering with them in the future and always highly recommend the Bromwell to patients who are in the apartment search process!
