I lived here for three years and loved it! The staff is friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the amenities. The building is in a great, walkable location.
Living at Bromwell has been an amazing experience. From the very beginning, Andre was a huge reason we chose to live here. His friendly personality, genuine care for residents, and willingness to help at any time really set this community apart. After living at The Bromwell for about six months, we have pretty mixed feelings. There are a lot of things we genuinely love about this building, but there are also some recurring issues that have been frustrating enough that they deserve to be addressed. The Bromwell has been a welcomed change from our previous apartments. The maintenance crew (Edvin and Mo), management team (Andre and Gabe), and concierge (Ross), are all so attentive, helpful, and friendly. I’ve never lived in a place where my expectations have consistently been exceeded. We love our apartment as well, but the staff truly make this building a gem in Denver.
Our experience of searching for an apartment with Assistant Property Manager Andre was superb. He is very knowledgeable about the building and its facilities. He listened carefully to our requirements and diligently called back with alternatives.
