Living in this building has been a very bad experience. Every month, without any prior notice, the water supply is cut off for the whole day, which makes life very difficult. The elevator is often not working properly, creating constant inconvenience. On top of that, the building is extremely noisy, and it’s impossible to find any peace here. Definitely not a place I would recommend for comfortable living.
Unpleasant Living Experience The building is very old and plagued with ongoing maintenance issues that disrupt daily life. Unfortunately, the property management shows little regard for tenants' right to peaceful enjoyment. Maintenance requests often require multiple days of access to the unit, with minimal notice or concern for convenience. For example, they requested access for five full days to replace an old stack, during which after I had no running water from 8 AM to 5 PM for nearly two weeks. Elevator repairs also too... read more
Stay clear of any homestead building, they are the worst landlords, buildings are a dump, staff have no idea how to clean, garbage everywhere, elevators and garage doors always broken, they just want money.
