I ordered two bromeliads. They were both larger as described which is what I was looking for. The prices were great and shipping was fast. No complaints
They sold me a plant that had scale and had a disease causing rot on the leaves. They did not offer to replace or refund after I told them. A year later I'm still trying to stop the rot and they refuse to reply to my email
In my opinion, these plants are overpriced for what you get. You receive a plant with no pot, soil, etc. Other websites for Bromeliads at least include a pot. I could have purchased three Bromeliads for the price of just one with Bromeliad Paradise, which came with no pot. The plant was healthy and gorgeous, however. Just not worth the price.
