I was extremely disappointed with the meal I received from Bromas today. Every chicken tender on my plate was burnt to the point that they were difficult to eat. The broccoli salad was also completely saturated in dressing or liquid, making it unappetizing. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first negative experience here. I had stopped eating at Bromas in the past because of quality issues, and today’s meal only reinforced that decision. What I received should never have made it out of the kitchen.
