I wouldn't recommend. I purchased my home and the realtor couldn't even show up to hand me the keys because he was busy. The former owner left garbage in the home, the realtor did pay to have our movers remove some junk, but there was much more to be removed that I had to clean out. Items left that should have worked do not work so I have to pay to have those hauled out.
