Steer clear of Emilio Bustamante. He came to Utah damaged our car admitted to it and is now ghosting usable refusing to pay for it. Super shady and dishonest steer clear for sure.
Beware of Terence Garrett, the most inconsiderate unprofessional incompetent Broker. Do not waste your time with this man.
Worst experience I ever had selling a home. I wouldn’t recommend the agent I worked with to anyone. Completely unprofessional was not at the closing. I didn’t even know the house closed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone.
Working with any rep from this company would be fine, but do yourself a massive favor, and ask to work with Rony Shamaev! He helped make my first time home buying experience so much easier from showing me homes to representing me with my lender! This guy came to bat for me in the process of home buying more times than I can even remember at this point, and I cannot sing his praises enough.
