This is the worst company ever. If you're looking for a good broker, go to big.ca and ask ask for Ismail. He will help you in a way that you cannot imagine. I call my broker any time of the day he'll answer. These people they don't get back to you for a month. I would never recommend them. They're looking to gouge people. They dropped me from full coverage to basic coverage and did not even tell me about it. They collected money from me telling me it's gonna be returned to me. They never returned. I just want to share my experience with Brokenlink today. I went to their office and was welcomed by Kristiina, who is incredibly friendly. She was busy at the moment, so she asked me to speak with Tom and that turned out to be a great experience. Tom is very straightforward, honest, and clearly has a lot of experience in the field.
