Took them over a month with over 5 representatives to do absolutely nothing which ended in getting my insurance cancelled. Horrible communication in all departments of this so called buisness. Would definitely look elsewhere.
This morning, I had a wonderful experience with Athulya. she quickly helped me with my insurance switched over, and was very courteous about it. Her manner was friendly, but very professional - 10 out of 10 for sure.
