Dr Swanson met when I needed an ENT to remove a balloon iny nose that the ER inserted to get a uncontrollably nose bleed to stop. This had been my fourth reoccurring one and was extremely scary because it was profuse. A year later, no more nose bleeds. I'm hearing better and sleeping better. I owe this to Dr. Swanson's treatment and by listening and doing everything he has suggested. He listens when you visit his office and the staff is exceptional.
Very professional answered all my questions. Explained procedures. Would recommend to family and friends.
This is my third year seeing Dr Swanson and he’s been excellent. Provides info in a way anyone can understand, asks thorough questions, and never dismissive. He also seems to be open to addressing any concerns I have in any way he can. Coordinating with the office staff in a year one was a little rocky, but has been seamless ever since.
