Showed up at my home looked at 1 window of 3 never got within 5 feet of one and never looked at third. Refused to consider repairing some of windows. Just wanted to sell new windows and only the type he sells. When I told him I was more interested in window repair. He asked for a $98.00 trip charge which I paid. Then sent me an email estimate for something I didn’t ask for. I just feel I was scammed.
I brought in a single window from our church for repair of a broken pane (3' x 4') and asked to have it reglazed. I picked it up and instead of glazing it they simply caulked around it and then charged me $65 labor and $9 for the glass. Poor work and overcharged. I will never use this company again. The response was: "I told you we only caulk windows." I wasn't told this.
